User Manual for the MBAs Tab

This tab provides comprehensive details of the MBAs for all active campaigns. It dynamically displays information based on the status of the associated Media Plans.


MBA Display Logic

  • If all Media Plans are in Draft Status, the tab will display the latest Media Plan.
  • If there is a Media Plan in Pending Approval, Queried, or Signed Status, that Media Plan will be shown.
  • Multiple MBAs may exist if multiple Media Plans are published, represented using a slider functionality.

 


MBA Tab Details

Each MBA displayed will include the following sections:

1. Header Section

  • Displays campaign details as seen in the Overview, Documents, and Media Plans tabs.

2. Booking Details

  • MBA ID
  • Contact Name
  • Advertiser
  • Currency
  • Campaign Name
  • CTC (Cost to Client)
  • CTC Including GST
  • Agency
  • Purchase Order
  • Ref ID
  • Approval Date

3. Clients' Approvals

  • Lists details of all approvers:
    • Client Name
    • Title
    • Date Signed
    • Signature
  • If no clients have signed, this section will be empty.
  • For partially signed campaigns, details will be populated for signed clients, while only email addresses will be displayed for those pending approval.

4. Media Summary

  • Express MBA: Displays only the Total CTC with no further breakdown.
  • Standard MBA: Displays detailed cost breakdowns by media type.

Media Summary Accordion

  • Initially, only the Media Type, Run Dates, Total CTC, and Total CTC incl GST will be displayed.
  • Upon expansion, the following will be shown:
    • Net Media
    • Gross Media
    • Associated Fees

5. Notes

  • Displays external comments added during the media plan upload process.

6. Approver Summary

  • Contains the list of client approvers and the status of the MBA.
  • If signed, their name and role will be displayed.

7. Purchase Order Summary

  • Displays campaign-level purchase orders.
  • A file uploader is provided for uploading purchase order files, which will be saved at the campaign level.

8. Media Plans and Supporting Documents

  • Functions similarly to the MBA Client View.
  • Media Plans are displayed in an accordion format.
  • Supporting documents are categorized and presented as an accordion.

9. Disclosures

  • Disclosures selected in Step 3 of Publish will be displayed under Supporting Documents within an accordion.
  • Each disclosure will be clearly labeled.

Navigation and Interaction

  • Slider Navigation: If there are two or more MBAs, users can navigate using the slider.
  • Accordions: Click to expand and view detailed information.
  • File Upload: Supports file uploads for purchase orders.
  • Approval Status: Displays real-time approval progress.

This tab ensures streamlined management and visibility of all active MBAs, enhancing campaign transparency and collaboration.


Listing Page - Overview

Search Campaign

  • Use the search bar from campaign manager listing page to find campaigns by Campaign ID, Advertiser, Campaign Name, or Last Updated By.
  • The search is triggered after entering 3 or more characters.
  • Clear the search term using the cross icon.
  • Perform multi-term searches.

2. Filter Bar

  • The filter bar supports multi-select options for filtering campaigns.
  • State:
    • Options: Active, archived (Single Select)
  • Status:
    • Options: Draft, Pending Approval, Approved, Cancelled, Queried (Multi Select)
  • Run Dates:
    • Options: Custom, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days (Default), Last 3 Months, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date, Previous Week, Previous Month, Previous Quarter (Single Select)
  • Applied filters are displayed in the filter bar.
  • Remove filters using the filter dropdown or clicking the cross icon.

3. Campaign List

  • Displays all active campaigns (except archived ones).
  • Columns include Select Checkbox, Pin Icon, Campaign ID, Advertiser, Campaign Name, Last Updated By, Run Dates, Status, and Action Icons.
  • Default Sorting: By Last Updated Date.
  • Admin Access: Can view all campaigns.
  • User Access: Can view campaigns for advertisers they have permission for.
  • Entity filter from the homepage is applied.
  • Users can sort using column headers.
  • Pagination: Displays 25 campaigns per page with a "Load More" option.
  • Record Count: Displayed as "Showing xx of xx campaigns".

4. Action Icons

Pin Icon

  • Pin/Unpin campaigns for the current user.
  • Pinned campaigns move to the top of the list.
  • Successful pin/unpin actions show toast messages.

Duplicate

  • Create a copy of a campaign after confirmation.
  • Only campaign summary details are duplicated.
  • Activity Log Entry: "Campaign Duplicated: duplicated the Campaign from <old_Campaign_id>."
  • Success Message: "Duplicated, Campaign duplicated successfully"

Overview

  • Opens a sidebar displaying campaign details.

Edit

  • Redirects to the Edit Campaign page.

5. Bulk Actions

Download

  • Download selected campaigns as an Excel file with columns:
    • Campaign ID, Advertiser, Campaign Name, Created Date, Last Updated Date, Created By, Status

Archive

  • Archive selected campaigns with Cancelled or Approved status.
  • Confirmation required.
  • Archived campaigns are removed from the active list.
  • Activity Log Entry: "Campaign Archived: archived the Campaign."
  • Success Message: "Archived, Selected Campaigns have been archived successfully"

Delete

  • Soft delete campaigns in Draft status.
  • Campaigns with prior approval submissions cannot be deleted.
  • Activity Log Entry: "Campaign Deleted: deleted Campaign <Campaign_id>."
  • Success Message: "Deleted, Selected Campaigns deleted successfully"
