Claim Screen

The Claim Screen in the Billing Portal is where users review, manage, and prepare billing rows before they are pushed to the SMD. It provides tools to search, filter, and take action on billing data collected from platform reports.

🧾 What Happens After Claiming?

Once you claim billing rows:

They become eligible for the Push Screen.

You can further review or adjust them before final loading.

Rows can be separated to ensure correct grouping during push to SMD.

πŸ“Œ Notes

The Claim Screen is the first step in the billing workflow.

You can only edit the Separate Line state from this screen β€” not from the Push Screen.

Claiming helps prevent duplicate processing and keeps your loading accurate.

βœ… Best Practices

Always review the row details before claiming.

Use the search and filters to narrow down large datasets.

Separate rows only when needed β€” to reflect different costs or placements.

Regularly download and save copies of your claimed billing data for reference.
