I can’t log in to the Skynet platform due to a password mismatch. Who do I contact?
SKYNET is integrated with OMG single sign-on, any login issues associated with an incorrect password will need to be lodged directly with IT support for a device login reset. SKYNET support team cannot action any password changes.
We have a new team member that requires access to the platform. Who is the best contact?

I have reset my password on OKTA recently and am receiving the error message ‘Username or Password Mismatch’. What should I do?
Upon changing your company password via OKTA , it takes up to 1 hour to sync your new password from OKTA into SKYNET. Avoid entering an incorrect password 3 times as this will trigger an account lock across all OMG systems.
I can’t see my client in the list. How can I get access?
If a client isn't visible in your view, you likely do not have access to the client. Clients are aligned directly with the local market finance system e.g. SMD or Pegasus. I am logging a ticket with the Skynet helpdesk to get a login. Should I ask for a trader or planner login?
For Australian users, Trader access is for the programmatic activation only, all other users will be set up with Planner access. For New Zealand users, all access is defaulted to Trader to accommodate the pre-existing hybrid workflow roles across agency planning & activation teams.
