How to Claim a Booking in the SKYNET Billing Portal
Navigate to the Claim Screen:
From the SKYNET dashboard, open the Billing Portal.
You will land on the Claim Screen where all uploaded and unassigned billing lines are listed.
Find Unassigned Billing Lines:
Use the search bar or filters (Platform, Advertiser, Booking Order, etc.) to locate the billing lines you want to claim.
Unassigned lines typically appear without an assigned advertiser or user.
Select the Billing Lines:
Tick the checkboxes on the left of the billing lines you want to claim.
You can select one or multiple lines at once.
Claim the Lines:
Click the Claim icon (usually found on the left side of each row or in the action menu).
Alternatively, use the three-dot action menu and select Claim if available.
Confirm the Claim:
A confirmation popup may appear asking you to confirm the claim.
Confirm your action.
Post-Claim:
The claimed billing lines are now assigned to you.
You can now manage these lines further β edit details, push them to the Push screen, or finalize as needed.
If you encounter any errors or if the Claim option is disabled, ensure that:
You have the necessary permissions to claim the billing lines.
The line is not already claimed by another user.
