Media Manager: Editing Studio Cost & Approving Campaign
1. Introduction
This manual guides users through editing studio costs and approving campaigns in Media Manager after booking orders have been added. It also explains the use of the three-dot action menu for campaign management.

2. Accessing the Campaign Overview
Navigate to Media Manager from the Dashboard.
Go to the Overview Page of the campaign you wish to manage.
Here, you will see:
Studio Costs section
Orders Summary section
3. Editing Studio Costs
3.1 Update Quantity of Artwork
In the Studio Cost section, click on the blue Edit text next to the quantity column.
A text field will appear; the Edit text changes to Save.
Enter the updated quantity of your artwork.
The Total Cost will automatically update.
Click Save to confirm the updated studio cost.
4. Viewing Orders Summary
Click the Expand Icon in the Orders Summary section to view all orders added for the publication.
You can further expand the publication section to see individual orders.
To view specific order details, click on the View Icon.
5. Using the Three-Dot Action Icon
Navigate to the Order Section of the campaign.
Click on the Three-Dot Action Icon to reveal multiple campaign management options.
5.1 Approving the Campaign
Select Approve from the menu.
A popup will appear with your email prefilled as the Final Approver.
Options in the popup:
CC Section: Add emails of people to whom the campaign will be sent.
Additional Approver: Click to add another approver’s email.
Important: When an additional approver is added, both approvers must approve for the campaign status to update to “Approved”.
Toggle: “Campaign approved for booking directly with agency”:
On: Sends booking to the agency and approves the campaign.
Off: Campaign is approved but booking is not sent to the agency.
5.2 Adding Subject & Message for Booking
Click Next in the popup after selecting approvers.
A new popup appears to enter:
Subject
Message
This information will be sent via email to the approver(s).
Click Send.
5.3 Terms & Conditions
A terms and conditions popup will appear.
Read thoroughly.
Confirm:
Creative files are correct
Dates are correct
Budgets are correct
Check all relevant checkboxes
After checking all boxes, the Approve Order button is enabled.
Click Approve Order to finalize campaign approval and send it to the agency.

Expand and review order summaries.
Use the three-dot action icon to approve the campaign.
Add approvers, email subject, and message.
Read and confirm terms and conditions.
Approve order to finalize and send to agency.
