Clone Taxonomy Template Fields To Platforms.

Cloning platforms within your template creates a streamlined process, allowing for consistent setups across multiple platforms. Follow the steps below to efficiently clone platforms: 

How to Clone Platforms 

Identify the Copy Icon 
While creating or editing a template, hover over the platforms to reveal the copy icon. 

Select New Platforms 
Click on the copy icon, and you will be prompted to choose the new platforms to which you want to clone your fields. 

Choose Your Platforms 
Tick the checkboxes next to the platforms you wish to clone the fields to. You can select one or multiple platforms as needed. 

Duplicate the Selection 
Click the Duplicate button to initiate the cloning process. 

Confirm Success 
Upon successful cloning, a confirmation message will appear in the upper right corner of the screen, indicating that the item has been cloned. 

Monitor Hierarchy Field Status 
If any of the hierarchy fields are left empty, an orange dot will appear next to the corresponding platform name, signalling that attention is needed. 

Fill In Missing Fields 
Once you complete the necessary fields, the orange dot will change to green, indicating that all required information has been provided. 

Save Your Progress 
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to save your work as a draft. 

Publish Your Template 
To finalize the process, click the Publish button to make your template available for use.
