How to Push Billing Lines from Push Screen to Summary Screen

Step-by-Step Process

 

Navigate to the Push Screen
Log into the Billing Portal and go to the Push Screen where your claimed and aggregated billing lines are displayed.


Select Billing Lines to Push

Review the billing lines listed.

Use the checkboxes to select one or multiple billing lines you want to push to the Summary Screen.

Note: If multiple lines share the same Booking Order Line ID but have different costs, pushing one line will push all related lines automatically.


Verify Selected Lines

Confirm that all selected lines are free from errors and have accurate information.

You can use bulk or individual edit features to update details if needed before pushing.


Click the Submit Button

Once you have selected the lines, the Submit button located at the bottom or top of the page will become active.

Click on Submit to start the pushing process.


Confirm Submission

A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your action.

Click OK to proceed.


Wait for Processing

The system will process the selected billing lines and push them to the Summary Screen and SMD.

Processing time may take a few moments depending on the volume of data.


Redirect to Summary Screen

After successful processing, you will be automatically redirected to the Summary Screen.

Here, you can view all processed and finalized billing data.


Important Notes

Billing lines with errors cannot be pushed and must be corrected on the Claim Screen first.

Pushing billing lines is a final step before financial reconciliation; ensure all data is accurate.

If you accidentally push incorrect data, contact your system administrator immediately for support.


This process ensures that your billing lines are properly submitted for final financial processing and reporting.
